telling stories of creative transformation since 2000
ensemble films is the filmmaking arm of ensemble creative training and development, focusing on making films about creative transformation and development. We work closely with commissioning organisations during the filming and editing process to build their awareness of the filmmaking craft and understanding of the power of film to engage and educate audiences.
To date, we have been involved in the making of 25 films covering a wide range of subjects from domestic violence, HIV/AIDS, and work to contemporary dance and community art. Our films have been screened in film festivals in Asia, Europe, America and Australia.
We also offer documentary filmmaking training for people and organisations interested in reaching out to new audiences and moving beyond Powerpoint presentations.
